I really need to put more stuff up here some day, just watch in one day I'll put up a huge amount of artwork and everyone will be shocked.

I have been drawing non-stop for a few days now in preperation for Ikasucon 2008. This year I'll be featuring a whore-load of fan art. Currently I'm working on the characters from Super Smash Bros. Brawl. I drew a special image for Mike; Princess Peach bumping off Mr. Game and Watch. I loved it.

Currently I'm drawing Browser spin-shelling Pikachu. The look of Pikachu's face is classic. Tee hee~

Today around 3 pm our dear pet Mousy Mouse (aka Lil' Ricky) passed away.

He was a good mouse, given to us by our friend Rick, an RA at a Purdue dormitory. Rick found Mousy eating a Dorito in the common room of his floor one night. Seeing that he was a domesticated mouse, Rick gave him to us to keep. Mousy was with us for 10 months, we estimated that he was a year old when we first got him.

Rest in Peace mousy, at least you got one romp this morning before taking an eternal siesta.

Packing, packing, packing,

I'm so very tired of packing. I didn't know I had so much stuff! I didn't know Mike had so much stuff! And we're swimming in anime plushies, dvds, and manga. Now I thought that I was a bit of a nerd, but seeing the MASSIVE mountain of merchandise we actually own really screams that it's in every bit of our life now. We're just short of having a TARDIS CPU tower here...

Yes, I just made a reference to Doctor Who in a paragraph about anime. I said I was a nerd didn't I?

Anyway, we have our apartment, we have internet set up, and I'll have my first washer and dryer set! W00T! Here we come Cincy!

Oh yeah, and once we get there I'll have a massive Miss Grey and Rayne of Terror update. I mean massive!

For all of you who had the foresight to pre-reg for Acen this year, good for you! You saved yourselves from entering the bowels of hell this year.

I did not pre-reg for Acen this year, I didn't know I could fit in a day trip to there until earlier last week thanks to all this moving and finding a house stuff. So I hoped into my car with hubby and sister-in-law (who was excited to go since it would be her first time) and drive the 3 hours one-way to get there. When we arrive we can't find the reg line, there are no signs to point us into the right direction, we're constantly told we can't go into rooms in which we were lost in by the staff b/c we don't have badges. We ended up cutting through an Indian wedding reception to be able to exit the damn building. So after that we get in line and wait an additional 4.5 hours before realizing that the computers at the end of the line were really only the half way mark before paying. System failure.

Oh, and I kept getting his by paper balls from a fight between two Narutards, one thinking he would be a class act hitting on a Yuna cosplayer while in line. To the guy that was ahead of us in line and thought it fit to keep the fight going, I have a few sharp impliments to make you into a pin cushion with. How would you like me throwing those at your horribly huge Narutarded head?

Hubby eventually blew up at an Acen crew member who confirmed what we had been dreading, that the line would go on for another 1.5-2 hours before we could pay. So we left and headed to Mitsuwa Japanese market.

Mitsuwa saved our day. I bought enough fresh baked pan to feed an army. I wish American bakeries were more like the rest of the worlds, great bread that is warm and fresh and tasty all over!

We drove home and went to bed, I was done with that day.

I'm really sad that Acen has turned out the way it has. Back in '03 hubby and I met there while trying to take pictures of the same Digicharat cosplayer and bonded over the wait in line for Fred Gallagher to sign our first volume Megatokyo comics. That line however was only an hour long.

Okay, I'm putting this to bed. bye.

Mike banned me from playing Mario Cart Wii this week after I lost my cool with an online player. I hate to say that I lived up to my red-head stereotype.

Mike and I are moving out a bulk of our stuff out of the apartment tomorrow. I hate moving weeks since I can't do so much drawing during them. Tomorrow we move our crap back up to South Bend, and a few weeks from now we move it all down to Cincy. >_< This severely interrupts my comic update schedule too, seeing as I missed today's R.o.T update. *Sigh* oh well.

I'm going to bed, or what's left of it anyway.
